Spam SMS's

I receive spam sms's without ever having consented to receiving marketing material. POPIA breach?

I want to know how and where they got my number from and who consented to them sending me sms's?

The sms talks about opting out, but the sms doesn't have a reply function or a number where to send the opt out message to.

Please stop sending people spam sms's!
