Unable to terminate subscription after multiple emails and tickets raised. They do not give a direct and accessible way to cancel subscriptions like any other streaming service. You have to request through email, but they never respond. They only send an automated reply.

I receive spam sms's without ever having consented to receiving marketing material. POPIA breach? I want to know how and where they got my number from and who consented to them sending me sms's? The sms talks about opting out, but the sms doesn't have a reply function or a number where to send the opt out message to. Please stop sending people spam sms's!

I keep getting messages that m subscribed to viu premium. I canceled subscription immediately. Today got message to say ll get data within 24 hours. This frustrating. I have never subscribed to this nonsense. Are you desperate for customers that you force us to subscribe. What is vodacom doing about protecting its customers against unauthorized subscriptions

I have cancelled this service in October 2023. Since then, they keep on debit my bankaccount with R69 EVERY month!! Numurous emails to them, they don't reply. Keep on taking my money. Be aware!!!! Don't join VIU, they will keep on taking your money!!

I would like to give it zero stars but thats not an option. None of the videos play, even for those with premium subscriptions and they just ignore complaints. Most useless streaming site ever - maybe just in SA, who knows, but then they should stick to their native country!
