The Worst After Sales

This is the worst Furniture store ever , i bought a bed in December and the bed is broken i spoke to the store and the ladies do give ne any feedback , so the bed factory call me and said they will sort the problem and replace the bed , i send photo and video to the manager and he said he will give me a call in 7 day and still no answer or feed back from him i phone him and he's answer is they are still busy whit the inspection and it a month now and no feedback form him , i have a back problem and strangle to sleep at nights the way i bought the bed for my medical problem.

i bought the bed at UFO Furniture Montana the lady how help me name is Rose and the guy at the factory Viva Bedding name is Zane Galloway

so i hoop the everyone gets this review and will thing twines before baying any bed or furniture there the after sales is up to **** .
