We would give VIVID HOLIDAYS an Absolute 10/10! Stars if we could 🌟 The travel agency exceeded all our expectations! From the initial inquiry to the final return, their service was top-notch, professional, and super personalized. They crafted a dream trip for us, handling every detail with ease. They totally nailed it with managing our travel experience on two trips booked so far (Trip 1: Singapore, Bali and Doha & trip 2: ****et and Bangkok) flights, transfers, hotel, and tours were all seamless. They handled every detail, from airport pickups to tour guides, and even surprised us with a few extras 😊. The service was super friendly and personal, making us feel like VIPs. If you're looking for a stress-free trip, they're the ones to book with. A special thank you to Wendy for customizing our trips and always being available to assist when we needed, will definitely be booking all trips with VIVID HOLIDAYS. Riyaad & Shanice

Vivid Holidays is the best
We recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Italy, and we have to give full credit to Vivid Holidays for making it truly special. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and perfectly tailored to what I wanted. Every detail was thoughtfully planned ,from hotels in great locations to smooth transportation, to unique tours that gave us an authentic taste of Italian culture. What impressed us was the level of care and communication. Thank you Vivid Holidays for your expertise and dedication, our girls trip to Italy was everything we hoped for and more. And the cherry on top was a day trip to Switzerland with the Bernina express train,we will absolutely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a vacation

Vivid Holidays is the best

Beauty Skoti - best travel agent!
So as it was our first trip overseas, it was a little overwhelming to plan everything plus make arrangements for flights, accommodation etc. First we spoke to someone at a Wello known travel agency(not going to mention names) but we were treated with disdain and fed a few packages via email. After asking a few questions, which were totally ignored, we received more packages as a response. Well, that was enough to put us off the Wello known establishment because it was clear our concerns were of absolutely no importance to the agent. We then saw a post on tiktok of a gentleman who booked with Vivid Holidays PTY (particularly with Beauty Skoti). He was happy with the service he recieved and made it abundantly clear. As we have never heard of them before, we decided to check them out on Google and hello Peter and found only good reviews especially about Beauty Skoti. So we made contact with Beauty and were instantly treated with respect and dignity and all questions no matter how trivial was answered with patience and understanding. We then proceeded to make arrangements for our trip to Thailand and were given options and advice and our hands were held firmly throughout the whole process. As we booked only 2 weeks in advance it was a little more but we still got an excellent deal (within our budget) with Beauty who went out of her way to accommodate us and turned it into an effortless experience. She even pre-booked a day trip to Phi Phi Island which didn't break the bank. She kept us well informed of everything we needed to know such as hotel refundable deposit, transfers and digital arrival cards to be filled out in advance so we had no surprises along the way. Our flights, transfers and Hotel, Sawaddi Resort and spa, was all perfect. The hotel staff was exceptional and extremely nice. No complaints. Overall, we had a fantastic experience thanks to Vivid Holidays and especially Beauty Skoti. Our holiday was fabulous and hassle free as everything was well arranged and sorted. Thank you Beauty. You are a rock star, a rose among the thorns. We are definitely planning our next trip with you and only you.

Beauty Skoti- Best travel agent!!!
Beauty Skoti ALWAYS gets it right!!!! I have been using her services for five years now and I have never been disappointed! The hotels are always as they are on the pictures, travel is always so stress free as she’s always a call away whenever you need her! Best Asian Countries (Thailand, Malaysia and Bali) Holiday
I would like to thank Beauty and her team for the best service rendered to us. We traveled to Thailand, Malaysia and Bali from the 22nd of May to 03rd of June 2025 with my friend.
