From the initial inquiry to the final return, their service was top-notch, professional, and super personalized. They crafted a dream trip for us, handling every detail with ease. They totally nailed it with managing our travel experience on two trips booked so far (Trip 1: Singapore, Bali and Doha & trip 2: ****et and Bangkok) flights, transfers, hotel, and tours were all seamless. They handled every detail, from airport pickups to tour guides, and even surprised us with a few extras 😊. The service was super friendly and personal, making us feel like VIPs. If you're looking for a stress-free trip, they're the ones to book with. I have an unallocated amount of +/-27000 that momentum has failed to transfer into an investment account since 2022!! I have had countless conversations with Momentum and they refuse to pay out the fund as it should go back to the receiving fund in order for the money to pay out however they fund had completed its task of sending the money to momentum who failed to to allocate it, leaving me with a loss of interest for 2 years!!! They are still withholding the money regardless of my many attempts to try and find out what can be done. I have spent the entire year phoning and consulting for money earned by myself and entrusted into momentum. Do not invest here. Bunch of *********** uncaring people, who think it's okay to shift the blame on those who completed their tasks. There should be a better way to deal with funds failed to be allocated due to your *********** personal.

Again the response from Makro is putrid, no urgency with regards to their own incompetence. I have not received any information regarding my CORRECT ITEMS for delivery due to mistakes made by MAKRO , the customer experience is awful, closes whatsapps, no response to emails, no definite answers as to when or any follow-up for their mistakes. MAKRO ONLINE PROVIDES ****PY *********** STRESSFUL TIME WASTING SERVICES. If I knew they would be so frustrating I would have rather bought the SAME ITEMS FROM GAME OR TAKEALOT.
Incorrect items delivered, no follow up on return, expected to keep large box because of MAKROS MISTAKE, no care for customer, just a Mickie mouse want to be take-alot. Still awaiting a eta for the INCORRECT items to be picked up. Who knows when and if I'll ever get the items i was charged for and need. Stick to in-store purchases. NOT IMPRESSED. Will not recommend or use makro again.
