Beauty Skoti - best travel agent!

So as it was our first trip overseas, it was a little overwhelming to plan everything plus make arrangements for flights, accommodation etc. First we spoke to someone at a Wello known travel agency(not going to mention names) but we were treated with disdain and fed a few packages via email. After asking a few questions, which were totally ignored, we received more packages as a response. Well, that was enough to put us off the Wello known establishment because it was clear our concerns were of absolutely no importance to the agent. We then saw a post on tiktok of a gentleman who booked with Vivid Holidays PTY (particularly with Beauty Skoti). He was happy with the service he recieved and made it abundantly clear. As we have never heard of them before, we decided to check them out on Google and hello Peter and found only good reviews especially about Beauty Skoti. So we made contact with Beauty and were instantly treated with respect and dignity and all questions no matter how trivial was answered with patience and understanding. We then proceeded to make arrangements for our trip to Thailand and were given options and advice and our hands were held firmly throughout the whole process. As we booked only 2 weeks in advance it was a little more but we still got an excellent deal (within our budget) with Beauty who went out of her way to accommodate us and turned it into an effortless experience. She even pre-booked a day trip to Phi Phi Island which didn't break the bank. She kept us well informed of everything we needed to know such as hotel refundable deposit, transfers and digital arrival cards to be filled out in advance so we had no surprises along the way. Our flights, transfers and Hotel, Sawaddi Resort and spa, was all perfect. The hotel staff was exceptional and extremely nice. No complaints.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience thanks to Vivid Holidays and especially Beauty Skoti. Our holiday was fabulous and hassle free as everything was well arranged and sorted. Thank you Beauty. You are a rock star, a rose among the thorns. We are definitely planning our next trip with you and only you.
