very modest helpful honest understanding

I had a claim in Early February with some other insurance an agent called me i explained my problem and even Tho I wasn't a client they helped me get my claim paid out

claim not paid out

I have an insurance claim that was meant to be paid out to me in April 2019 - authorized and approved and I have not received payment till now. No one in email can answer me and I am desperate for the money they all seem to blame each other be careful when dealing with the following parties VKN Financial Services (Pty) Ltd RG underwriting
