The worst service Centre of VW

What a disaster experience it was taking our car too VW Claremont for our brakes of the car . They insisted they didn't want to change the discs of my car and they only want to change the brake pads front and back because the discs is in the VW spec measurement but the car has 93200 km on the clock. Now my car is brakes is making a squeezing sound because VW Claremont didn't want to change the discs that's on my motor plan / service plan / warranty..... Words of advice stay away from VW Claremont they the worst service centre too go to.....
