Poor service and no accountability

I always serviced my vehicle at vw highlands lydenburg ever since I bought it. On my latest service I was told that told that the camber bolts and engine cover and bolts are missing, yet they are the only ones that worked on my car since I bought it. They really did me dirty and I would like to urgent everyone to careful inspect their cars upon collection after service, to ensure they don't fall victims.
