Poor service and no accountability
I always serviced my vehicle at vw highlands lydenburg ever since I bought it. On my latest service I was told that told that the camber bolts and engine cover and bolts are missing, yet they are the only ones that worked on my car since I bought it. They really did me dirty and I would like to urgent everyone to careful inspect their cars upon collection after service, to ensure they don't fall victims.

Worst customer service
Worst service ever from Sandra in the service department. the most part of it is I also work for a car dealership and also in the service department. The attitude she gives stinks. No telephone etiquette, poor customer service.

Disgusting service at vw lydenburg highlands
Vw Highveld Lydenburg their service is very poor, my car has been at their delealership for an alternator change since 2nd of December 2019 even now it has not been fixed. Their arrogant, clueless service advisors don't even update me on what is happening now. I will never take my car there.they are a bunch of unprofessional people with disregard to customer service.
