Poor service,****mers and *****ulent

REITUMETSE I purchased my vehicle with the dealership on the 10/01/2024 (cash) and my permit expiry date was on the 30/01/2024 .It was a struggle to receive my original papers for the vehicle I bought cash only got them 1st week of February since the 10/01/2024 and another issue was the sale consultant insisted that I pay for number plate for my vehicle because I’m from the North West province the dealership is far and its situated in Benoni the dealership will refund the amount in full I trusted him blindly and paid and sent him the slip and confirm letter for payment yet till today. I have not received my refund for my number plate which was R400 in total for front and back number for new vehicle when I enquire about it I’m told noted or I’ll look into it .This sales consultant and dealership **** people of their money.Till this date I have not received my refund where I purchased my number plate on 29/01/2024 till this date 16/02/2024.
