Bad service

Good day my name is Mrs Salome matlhodi molato my car registration is kcc747nw, my last previous to service made at volgsvagen in north west rusteburger, the one service was a major service, volgsvagen didn't replace all that need to me replaced as a major service they didn't even was my car, the second service they still didn't replace what needed to be replaced and still didn't wash my car I even tried to take it for wheel alignment they didn't assist me so I need to know what must I do where should I take my car for service cause I only need to take my car to volgsvagen dealerships only so please inform me on what to do.
