Online purchase 2 Mosty curtains being rejected items .length difference of 3 cm with additional eyelets Phoning PE reference Lerato no solution given appart from having yo travel from Mosselbaai to George 100 km to exchange only to discover 3 curtains incorrect lengths aswell.Solutions by Lerato is to do a refund which will take up to 10 days to reflect .Branch could not confirm when stock is expected ? ,neither could they attende to a replacement re towels which I purchased today .
Then we need to do another online purchase which will place me out of pocket .
As explained to Volpex Head office P E ,I expect replacement asap as the guest room is incomplete can can not be booked 😑. NO SOLUTIONS OFFERED BAD 😑 SERVICE The staff at George can be complemented but it would appear to be out their hands ,unable to confirm when stock is expected neither system restrictions. What do I expect 🤔 Volpez Head office to dispatch asap stock which comply to quality control and brand expectations to me . Would like to receive a detailed solution driven reply from CEO ,s office .
