Jp and Steven absolutely **********

As a cleaning service provider ive worked with hundreds of of agents but JP and Steven are by far the worst agents ive ever come across. They booked 6 cleaners to clean a 3 bedroom house with two lofts at 7 hours. The property was disgusting, we came in and cleaned. Hundred percent the cleaning was not done to standard and I brought in another 7 people today to clean. The place is rotten and old, its needs to be fixed and painted. They rub old burnt wood and say its dirty. They are rude and obnoxious and threatened me and my business when I told them I'd no longer stand for how they treat us. Id never recommend working with these two individuals, im sure they treat the people giving them money better than they treat the people who help them get that money! Me and my cleaners were prepared to fix whatever they wanted us to, even to come in on a Sunday but I could not find it in me to do anything more for people who bully and threaten.
