Jp and Steven absolutely ********** As a cleaning service provider ive worked with hundreds of of agents but JP and Steven from Volschenk & Heyns Property are by far the worst agents ive ever come across. They booked 6 cleaners to clean a 3 bedroom house with two lofts at 7 hours. The property was disgusting, we came in and cleaned. Hundred percent the cleaning was not done to standard and I brought in another 7 people today to clean. The place is rotten and old, its needs to be fixed and painted. They rub old burnt wood and say its dirty. They are rude and obnoxious and threatened me and my business when I told them I'd no longer stand for how they treat us. Id never recommend working with these two individuals, im sure they treat the people giving them money better than they treat the people who help them get that money! I was putting pool acid in toilets, putting chairs on top of ladders to reach loft ceilings that need to be painted, scrubbing walls that would take a week to clean and need buckets of handy andy to make any progress... even the tenants said that place was disgusting and needed more than just cleaning. I bit my lip and took it and offered free service after free service just to keep the peach, to have JP shoving his finger in my face screaming and swearing at me. Never ever again, my business does not need clients like that

Me and my cleaners were prepared to fix whatever they wanted us to, even to come in on a Sunday but I could not find it in me to do anything more for people who bully and threaten.

I had a rough experience with a claim and it was due to a whole couple of years miscommunication. Cawyn helped me and went absolutely above and beyond to help me. They could've just left my complaint but they really treated me well and in the end honoured a service that I'm not even covered for. Thank you, you guys truly truly truly won me back
Don't take out a service plan with MotorHappy, they come up with multiple excuses to not pay out a service. In total up to date I have paid R7300.80 to them for a service plan, they declined my first claim saying I hadn't done a major service on the vehicle so they would only cover an oil change, the person who helped me Siya, then told me that I had to have a major service done in order to claim my next service. A major service is extremely expensive so we had it done privately, Fast forward to yesterday, they decline my service and tell VW Table View to tell me to call in and cancel my plan because they won't cover anything again because I didn't claim through them last year for the major service, but they declined the major service... Think twice before paying your hard earned money on this useless service plan when they will never pay out for anything
Yoh... I took a service plan out with MotorHappy from LiquidCapital and just want to say they are the ultimate scam artists and do nothing for you... They decline every service and use absolutely absurd excuses... I bought my vehicle in September 2020... Needed a service in 2021 and they refused to cover the service only an oil change because I didn't have a major service done in 2020... I explained I didn't own the vehicle when it had its service done and the service book says it was serviced but they refused to accept the info. So we paid for a major service privately as VW wanted to charge us 20k for a major service and we couldnt afford it... Fast forward to today, Motor Happy declines because we had the major service done privately and not through them even though they declined the major service the year before.... How does that make sense???? R9000 down the drain... You guys should be ashamed of yourselves seriously....
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from this company. I am moving to a new home and they have an option to move your line instead of canceling. So I took that option. They debited R599 on the 1st of September for my current line and just debited R589 from my account again. The consultant on whatsapp tells me it's for the notice period of my current line that's been cancelled which is not possible since it will only be cancelled month end. Then she tells me it's for the new line which is not possible since they charge month end pro-rata including the next month's bill. So I asked the Consultant to get a manager to contact me and she says no, there are no managers on whatsapp... What the actual... How does this company operate... I am fuming because no one can tell me why R589 was deducted from my account. CAN A MANAGER PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY. Else I will reverse this payment and go with a different ISP.
We have been neotel clients for many years with more than 1 company contract. Since last year December 2016 we have been begging neotel to swop our Axess-Tel Sp100 smartphone because we recieved a faulty device. I was speaking to a consultant by the name of Katleho but he really wasn't interested in my queries. I've now had 3 faulty phones delivered to my office and for 9 months have not been able to use our company smart phone! It's shocking that Neotel is quick to take money out of our accounts but when they need to provide a service where are they? I want a WORKING DUAL-SIM SMARTPHONE FOR MY NEOTEL SIM CARD AND OFFICE SIM CARD LIKE NEOTEL PROMISED! DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISE!

AND ON DAYS YOU WERE NOT GIVEN PERMISSION TO SO THERE WAS NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT SO MY BANK CHARGED ME R400 IN BOUNCED DEBIT ORDER CHARGES... BOTH DEBIT ORDERS FOR BOTH ACCOUNTS WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT I HAVE PROOF.... SO HELP YOU IF YOU TAKE MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 29 MARCH.... I am absolutely outraged at the audacity of Planet Fitness! I signed a contract saying you may take R199 out my account on the 1st of each month.... instead you take random amounts out my account on the 1st the 15th the 25th and the 28th??? Who do you people think you are? My bank is charging me for all these bounced debit orders so whos gonna pay that??? You guys better fix this before i take legal action!
