Volschenk Motors Restored My Faith in Car Dealers

I recently bought a 2014 Daihatsu Terios from Volschenk Motors, and I can honestly say they’ve restored my faith in car dealerships. After months of being misled and pressured by several other dealers (including some big-name ones like WeBuyCars), I was starting to believe that all car dealers were *************. Volschenk Motors proved me wrong. I first saw the Terios on Facebook Marketplace and decided to go and view it. The experience was refreshing from the very beginning. The dealer was polite, opened the car for me, explained that it had a full service history and pointed out a few features and then simply let me take my time inspecting it without hovering or trying to “sell” me the car. Unlike the other dealers who insisted their cars were in “amazing” condition (when they clearly weren’t), Volschenk Motors let the car speak for itself. Ironically, this Terios, the oldest car I had looked at out of six, was in far better shape than all the others I had seen. A special thanks goes to Jacolise, who helped me with the paperwork. She was friendly, professional, and never once tried to upsell unnecessary extras like pothole cover, tracking devices, or insurance add-ons. Instead, she took the time to explain everything clearly and even warned me about how some banks and sales reps might try to take advantage. She also explained why my installment rate came out higher (through no fault of Volschenk Motors, but because other dealers had already submitted finance applications without me even looked at the cars yet). That level of honesty and care is something I wish all dealerships had. In the end, I drove away not just with a car I love, but with real peace of mind knowing I was treated with integrity and respect. Volschenk Motors is proof that there are still car dealers who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hassle-free experience.
