I suspect this business may be a ****. When I first asked about the product through WhatsApp, the lady rep**** quickly and explained how to place an order on their website. However, as soon as I paid for my order, she stopped responding to both my WhatsApp messages and emails. It’s been two days now with no updates and no reply. This experience makes me very doubtful about the legitimacy of the business. If things change I will adjust my review.
I recently bought a 2014 Daihatsu Terios from Volschenk Motors, and I can honestly say they’ve restored my faith in car dealerships. After months of being misled and pressured by several other dealers (including some big-name ones like WeBuyCars), I was starting to believe that all car dealers were *************. Volschenk Motors proved me wrong. I first saw the Terios on Facebook Marketplace and decided to go and view it. The experience was refreshing from the very beginning. The dealer was polite, opened the car for me, explained that it had a full service history and pointed out a few features and then simply let me take my time inspecting it without hovering or trying to “sell” me the car. Unlike the other dealers who insisted their cars were in “amazing” condition (when they clearly weren’t), Volschenk Motors let the car speak for itself. Ironically, this Terios, the oldest car I had looked at out of six, was in far better shape than all the others I had seen. A special thanks goes to Jacolise, who helped me with the paperwork. She was friendly, professional, and never once tried to upsell unnecessary extras like pothole cover, tracking devices, or insurance add-ons. Instead, she took the time to explain everything clearly and even warned me about how some banks and sales reps might try to take advantage. She also explained why my installment rate came out higher (through no fault of Volschenk Motors, but because other dealers had already submitted finance applications without me even looked at the cars yet). That level of honesty and care is something I wish all dealerships had. In the end, I drove away not just with a car I love, but with real peace of mind knowing I was treated with integrity and respect. Volschenk Motors is proof that there are still car dealers who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hassle-free experience.
Naked Insurance was incredibly helpful and understanding in what turned out to be a very frustrating situation for me. I had taken out insurance with them to finance a car purchase, after WeBuyCars assured me that the vehicle was ready for collection. Unfortunately, that assurance turned out to be false, and over the course of three weeks I was repeatedly misled with promises that the car was repaired and roadworthy, only for new and serious issues to be uncovered each time. In the end, the deal completely fell through, despite all the time, money, and effort I had already put into preparing for it. When I contacted Naked Insurance to explain what had happened, they immediately put me at ease. Their team listened patiently, understood the stress I had been put through, and without any hassle at all processed a full refund for the policy I had already paid. At a time when I felt completely let down by the dealership, Naked was a breath of fresh air and their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to resolve the situation so smoothly really stood out. It’s rare these days to find a company that makes you feel they truly care about their customers, but Naked Insurance proved to me that they do. I can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and genuine support.
I have never in my life experienced such a nightmare with a company, and I have to warn others about what I’ve gone through with WeBuyCars. I attempted to purchase a Renault Duster 1.5 dCi 4WD from them, a vehicle that was advertised as “A Rated” and in excellent condition. What followed, however, was three weeks of lies, contradictions, hidden faults, and outright disrespect for my time and money. From the very beginning, I was told that the only issue with the vehicle was a minor hooter wiring problem. Based on this information, I went ahead with the purchase, arranged time off work, prepared my trade-in, and even activated my insurance. Shortly thereafter, what was initially presented as a small, insignificant fault suddenly escalated into what was described as a massive wiring issue, with wires allegedly cut in multiple places. How a defect of this scale could have passed through a Dekra inspection without being flagged is beyond me and raises serious questions about the accuracy and integrity of the inspection process. At one point, I was assured by Anthony Coleman, the sales executive handling my purchase, that the repairs would be carried out at no additional cost to me. Yet, later on, he contradicted himself and told me I would now suddenly be responsible for paying for the repairs if I wanted the vehicle, a completely unacceptable and misleading turn of events. To make matters worse, I was consistently given conflicting information throughout this entire process. For example, Joshua, the sales representative, would send me WhatsApps in the morning assuring me that the vehicle was repaired and on its way for roadworthy testing, while Anthony would phone me later that same day to say that the car had not even been fully repaired and was still on its way to the mechanic. This constant back and forth wasted weeks of my time, left me frustrated and confused, and destroyed any confidence I might have had in the process. Each time I was told the vehicle was finally ready, I would arrange more time off work in preparation to collect it, even having to take unpaid leave at one point. This cost me not only money, but also leave days and credibility with my employer, as I was repeatedly forced to change my plans because of the false assurances I was being given by WeBuyCars staff. Just when I thought things could not get worse, after being told that the car was finally ready for collection, Anthony phoned me to say that during the roadworthy test it was discovered that the four-wheel driveshaft was missing. At this point, I was left with no choice but to cancel the deal completely, as the situation had become unbearable and I could no longer trust a single word being told to me. So after three weeks of stress, wasted money, and endless contradictions, I was left with absolutely nothing. No car, lost income, wasted leave days, unnecessary insurance payments, and a complete erosion of trust. This entire ordeal has felt like being ****med. I was misled, contradicted, and deceived at every step of the way, and at this stage I have zero faith in WeBuyCars. A company of this size should not be operating in such an *********** and misleading manner, leaving customers like myself out of pocket and emotionally drained. I have requested a full refund of my deposit, which is the bare minimum given that none of this was my fault, and I would have gladly taken the vehicle had it been in the condition I was constantly told it was in. But the damage to my trust, time, finances, and peace of mind cannot be undone. WeBuyCars has lost all credibility with me, and I strongly urge anyone considering buying from them to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of disgraceful.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with RJ Cars in Durban after seeing a Renault Duster they advertised on AutoTrader. Living in Bloemfontein, I asked if my parents (who live in Gariep) could view the car on my behalf while they were in Durban for the weekend. RJ Cars confirmed this would not be a problem and even took some of my details to begin the finance pre-approval process. However, when my parents arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning, they were told the vehicle was not available because an employee was using it for the weekend. They were advised to return Monday morning when the car would be back. This forced them to extend their stay and book an additional night of accommodation—something they hadn’t planned for. When they finally saw the vehicle on Monday, there were minor issues, but nothing serious. Based on that, I submitted all my financial details to proceed with the purchase. We were told the car would undergo minor repairs and a roadworthy check, after which my parents could drive it to Bloemfontein. So once again, they booked another night of accommodation to avoid traveling late. Only hours later, RJ Cars suddenly informed us that the vehicle’s paperwork was not in order and it would take several more days to sort out. At no point during the initial inquiry, viewing, or on the AutoTrader ad or RJ Cars' own website was this ever mentioned. This not only resulted in two extra nights of unnecessary accommodation expenses for my parents, but also wasted my time and personal financial information that I shared in good faith. The worst part? When we raised our concerns, the dealership showed no remorse whatsoever for the inconvenience or costs we incurred. RJ Cars has proven to be unprofessional, disorganized, and not transparent. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them. If you're looking for honesty and reliability, look elsewhere.
I have had multiple negative experiences with Discovery Flexicare over the past year that have left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. First Incident: Last year, I went to a Flexicare-approved dentist for a routine checkup and cleaning. I brought along the pamphlet provided by Flexicare to confirm with the dentist that my visit would be covered in full. The dentist confirmed my coverage. However, a few weeks later, I was contacted and informed that Flexicare would not be paying for the visit. Fortunately, the dentist, feeling bad for my situation, covered the cost out of their own pocket, which was quite embarrassing for me. Second Incident: Earlier this year, I visited a Flexicare-approved doctor for a vaccine. Later that same day, I received a call stating that Flexicare does not cover vaccinations administered by doctors, only those given at pharmacies, a detail not mentioned in their pamphlets. Despite an extensive telephonic argument with a Flexicare representative who promised to follow up and keep me informed, I never heard back and had to pay for the vaccine myself. Third Incident: Two months ago, I fell ill and visited a GP. Flexicare claims their clients can visit GPs unlimited times without any charges. The doctor prescribed medication, which I filled at a Flexicare-approved pharmacy, believing it would be fully covered. To my dismay, Flexicare did not cover the medication at all, and I had to borrow money from friends to pay for it. To top it all off, this morning, I received an email stating that Flexicare did not even cover the GP visit either and that I would have to pay for this myself too. Paying for Flexicare each month has provided me with no coverage when I needed it most. I strongly suggest anyone considering Flexicare to save their time, money, and patience and look for alternative options.

I just got off the phone with Flexicare customer care after coming back from getting a flu vaccine from a Flexicare Network Approved Doctor, only to be told that Flexicare doesn't cover flu vaccines like stated in their adverti*****ts. The costumer care person just said that I had to go to Clicks or Dischem for a free flu vaccine. THIS WAS NEVER STATED IN ANY OF THE ADVERTI*****TS OR DOCUMENTS FLEXICARE SENT ME! So you pay R5600+ a year for a healthcare service that supposedly includes cover for flu vaccines only to still have to pay R150+ for the vaccine.
At first I thought it was a ****, but I finally got my aircon delivered today. Their communication is terrible and their deliveries take ages, but they are legit.
