The worst service ever , The lies from the owner Vaugh To date it’s like 3 months waiting for Volvo Hillcrest or Pmb FMGH to settle my trade in which was a 2024 Ford wildtrack
I don’t want anyone to go through this . To my knowledge this is ***** . Further to the above
1. Volvo customer care , still awaiting on feedback after several emails sent , doubt I’m going to get a email or call anytime soon.
2. Volvo cars FMGH then sold my 2024 Ford Wildtrack to another dealership in Pietermaritzburg and got paid . The dealership which bought the Ford Wildtrack from Volvo FMGH was concern as they have not received the log book etc , so they contacted me to find out if I know what’s the hold up as they are not getting any feedback from volvo FMGH after they made the payment.
