Disappointing service from the Voslo Magistrate Court staff
Disappointing attitude from the staff at the Magistrates Court Today, 28/10 - I went to the court to open a protection order. Not only did I receive a bad and inhumane service from the staff, but they were impatient and judgemental and had a bad condescending attitude. They scolded me and most of the people I was with and treated us as if we were mad.. I even had to leave without doing what I went there for, because were not helpful at all. Government departments (Voslo & Boksburg Magistrate courts), please do better. If you cannot work with the people, find another job. People go there because they need the services you are employed to perform, and they include working with people.

Disappointing service at the Magistrate court vosloorus
31 August 2020 case between Bhikisha Sweetness Mpumi and Eunice Shabalala – we experienced a very disappointing service at the Magistrate Court in Vosloorus pertaining a restraining order case that my mother was attending re issues between herself and her ex-friend whom they live in the same yard file by this neighbour against my mother after they had a provoking verbal dispute and which they both said things to each other that got them heated up, it all began with the friend now hating my mother over finding out that my mother knew about her husband's mistress and she didn't tell her etc but she won't admit it and now she makes up a whole lot of things as to why she has hatred for my mom when they used to be very close. Now she decided after that fateful day to run to the police and claimed that she was in danger and my mom cursed at her etc (and a whole a lot other made up lies) then my mom was called by police and told she needed to appear in court so and so date 2019 it dragged until 2020 January my mother kept attending because she was adamant to prove her side and have her voice re the matter she is brought forth for, long story short the case kept being postponed until lockdown happened she still attended during locked down every time they'd be given new date until it got to 31 August 2020 where now restrictions have ease up a little its level 2 she was really hoping this time it will get resolved has she is not well, and kept taking taxis during harsh winter wind attending the case and at some point the lady plaintiff did not attend (due to personal reason that my mother only got the news while there after waiting) so 31 August as per all the previous dates she left early with my brother and uncle to attend the case, left her grandchildren with a friend. She got there early as per usual but strangely this time she and the plaintiff were not called as per norm so they waited for long then she saw the plaintiff going inside with some papers for a while she (my mom) assumed she's also asking what’s going on because they have been waiting but when the plaintiff didn’t come back for a while she stood up as well to go see what’s going on to her shock to only find the plaintiff coming out from magistrate's office with a police woman saying ''give this paper to your neighbour to sign since she didn’t attend'' the plaintiff passed my mother and when my asked the female officer what is happening she said ''no she won the case because you didn’t pitch for the case'' to my mom's shock after having left the house without eating sitting there since morning ''what do you mean because I have been here since morning waiting for us to be called as per norm even the plaintiff knows that I’ve been here we were sitting opposite each other while waiting'' the female office says ''I'm sorry mama to hear that but magistrate has decided because this case has dragged for so long'' '' but what about my side of story, what about my voice in this? how come the magistrate rule against me while I am here without hearing my side'' cried my mom to the female officer The female officer advised her that she can file a dispute, defeated my mom went home and the following day the plaintiff came with police to make my mother sign the paper and my mom refused because she was not heard and the police said okay and they left. the plaintiff lives in the same yard with my mother - the magistrate doesn’t know all that and so much more that this neighbour does and has lied about, we know the cause of her hatred and until today she is still the one provoking my other in the yard because ''APPARENTLY'' she won the case and she is on top of the world untouchable. As I write this as off yesterday 6 Oct, she was the one harassing my them, she curses at them because she wants my mom to react so she can run to her magistrate again and cry lies like she did with this whole case from the first start. My children can’t even play in the yard because she is the bully that’s bullying everyone, when my brother tries to talk to the kids, she tells him she’s not scared of him and all of us like she did the first time then ran to open a case after. How can the magistrate do this??!
