Disappointing attitude from the staff at the Magistrates Court Today, 28/10 - I went to the court to open a protection order. Not only did I receive a bad and inhumane service from the staff, but they were impatient and judgemental and had a bad condescending attitude. They scolded me and most of the people I was with and treated us as if we were mad.. I even had to leave without doing what I went there for, because were not helpful at all. Government departments (Voslo & Boksburg Magistrate courts), please do better. If you cannot work with the people, find another job. People go there because they need the services you are employed to perform, and they include working with people.
I took my car in for a major service and this was done perfectly. But upon fetching my car I noted that there was no front wheel 'audi' cap , and now after hitting a pothole, I got a puncher. When I checked for my wheel spanner it is also missing. I am not happy with their service. I did email , call and even complained about this on the customer satisfaction survey, but this has not yet been solved.
I recently bought a used car from this dealership on the 25th of November. On the 27th of December the battery died. They replaced it with a new one. On the 14th of January, the brake pads were finished. They again replaced them and put in new ones. Even though I am not happy that they sold me the car without thoroughly checking it. But I am excited that they managed to replace the faulty parts with new ones. As consumers, please know that if you bought a car, and something goes wrong in the first 6 months, the dealership is responsible to fixing/repairing/replacing that car part. According to the Consumer Act. It makes you wonder how DEKRA certificates are done, because this certificate needs to only be issued once 'everything' on the car has been checked for quality'. All in all, I'm happy with the after sales service I received, and the fact that they lent me a car to use, while they worked on mine. For that, I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. The salesperson is Maurice, and his manager is Stefan. Contact them.
If there was a rating less than zero, I would give it. This company stole peoples hard earned money and left with it. They are obviously aware of the problems that everyone has of needing extra cash and used that to their advantage. It is worse for people who got recruited into investing with this company, only to lose their last money. As much as people understand what ponzi schemes do, but there is always a hope of 'winning' this time around. Stagwell took all those hopes of people and threw them into the smelliest dustbin.
Dear Hellopeter, This is to express my deepest disappointment with a longstanding company called Old Mutual. This name is supposed to be associated with good reputation of good client services, but it is the opposite. This company does not care about their clients, their problems etc. You will only get some attention only if you are investing money into them, but when you need for any reason to withdraw your money, they will take you from pillar to post. Whether you have a funaral cover, an investments etc. As long as you need to withdraw, you will not get your money in time. You follow all the processes according to the contract you signed, but the don't meet their end of the bargain. So, I would like to warn people from doing business with this company, because when you need them to support you during your need, there will be nowhere to be found. I thought the trands on social media were unjustified, but I have seen it myself, it is true. They will not help you in your hour of need. even if you complain in all the channels they provided, they still dont help you. To those who still can, withdraw your monies from Old Mutual, and do not open any accounts, and investments with them!!! Because if you don't , you or your children will regret it.!! If there was a rating lower than 1, I would give it. They don't even deserve the 1 I'm giving them.
