After Years of Ordering From Vova

I am surprised by some many bad reviews. I must be extraordinarily lucky. My first Vova order was years ago. Since then I have used Vova virtually every week, for books and videos in the early days and now for virtually anything. I have never encountered a serious problem. I do not believe that I am particularly lucky. I believe our world is full of people that love to complain.
