No delivery and refund request denied.
Ordered items from their online store the 2019-05-22 09:45:36. Delivery Date: not later than August 10 2 weeks after stated delivery date, we requested a refund via the self help option. The message response stated the request has been sent through with no email notification. Another month after that, we did the same again as no response was received. We emailed them asking for an update, where they said our refund request time to respond has expired. Waiting so long for delivery just to be told they cannot refund us. Stay away from this shifty site.

bad service
i do agree with the last customer i bought bags last year june and is paid for but i didnt receive my items till now. when you speak to them they keep on giving the option of refund which they know very well that is not working. please be aware on this company is stilling customers money. when you forget your password they will keep on saying they are sending or check on junk folder but nothing is happening.

bad service

After Years of Ordering From Vova
I am surprised by some many bad reviews. I must be extraordinarily lucky. My first Vova order was years ago. Since then I have used Vova virtually every week, for books and videos in the early days and now for virtually anything. I have never encountered a serious problem. I do not believe that I am particularly lucky. I believe our world is full of people that love to complain.
