Lack of service
On the 11th March I contacted Vox technical support. After trouble shooting it was determined that the router was faulty. Next step was for a Technician to come out and replace.
It's the 16th of March and we have been without connection for 5 days. After multiple calls still no technician has been allocated. On the last call on the 16th March I was informed by the call center person that he has no idea why no date has been allocated to my ticket number.
Worst service I have received from any service provider.
