VRD Branding Fail

I have had business cards, flyers and stickers printed with Erika and David from VRD Branding.

The service and communication at first was ok, up until the product was given to me. shocking quality. There wasn't any proof prints done first for me to approve, just given the final printed batch of stuff that looked like it was printed on a normal home printer.

I tried to be accommodating and be reasonable but I don't get a response after calling and messaging.

I requested a refund and told them that they can take back their printed material as it looks very amateur, but refund me.

no response from them

stay away from these guys, not good work or good customer service.
