VTS SA PRETORIA WEST WORSER SERVICE EVER

I have received worst service ever from VTS SA PRETORIA WEST on and mind you it was my first time visiting them. There is a lady by the name of Minky/Mandy, she is so rude, has stinking attitude and shout at customers. She has no knowledge of customer service, absolutely pathetic. She told me that she is a manager at this place and that she is untouchable. By the way there are no chairs for you to sit while waiting for your car, make sure that you bring your own. They don't even deserve a one star. I will never set my foot there again.
