Scammer of Vuka Motor that people should be aware

Got a call from Vuka Motor Spares/Insurance. I was told that my Ford Ranger that is now out of warrantee and they would like to offer me maintenance/insurance plan for the Ranger. I'm surprised on were they got my numbers firstly , secondly I don't own a Ford ranger and most annoying part on all of this is that the number they called me with is not listed anywhere. Where is the popi act mara in all of this
