No Customer service at all
I ordered a mild steel 4mm sheet, as per Shahied they needed 5 days to get this done, although I could have had the sheet the next day from other companies, I chose Vulcan as they looked the most professional, since I accepted and Paid for in full for the sheet on the 3rd of Nov, i have had no responce or follow up at all! On the 5th day i went to collect as no one came back to me. Shahied asked me to wait 10 minutes. I waited just to be told they have no stock and that the sheet was bent so he will call me in the afternoon. Obviously he didnt call me. I called him the next morning (6 working days) and with a seriously bad attitude he told me he's busy and cannot call 10 customers at the same time and the stuff will be ready in the week. I really hope they record their phone calls. Its now the 15th Nov and still waiting for any kind of feedback. Shahied is completely incompatent and I'm sure he gets paid on commision basis so he might only be focussed on huge jobs. It looks like a great company and I'm sure they are not that bad, just need to get rid of the tag alongs giving the company a bad name.<br> .
