Excellent Service I was ate to place my kids stationery order as i missed the deadline,but VUMA still helped me and made sure i got all the required stationery for my kids , i would definitely recommend them.

I made payment beginning of the year for stationery for my son. Then my son did not get placed at that school after they gave me details of where to pay for stationery… I sent them an email advising them of the unfortunate event that I had to find my son another school and I requested for refund. They said it will be proceeded and I understood but it has been long and I have been communicating with a certain lady via WhatsApp who is not ignoring me.. the WhatsApp number I have been communicating with is 0727764771.. like I don’t even know what to do now… I have tried calling with no success I have run out of options… am tired of trying to get my refund I need it as soon today… I have sent my details and I just want my money

Good day I’m Tshepo Mantjie, My order number is OVR-050924-00660153. Vuma tell has failed to install their services after we have paid. Their level on incompetence is shocking. This company needs to be closed down. Highest level of poor service.

I have problems with vuma Wi-Fi. They can’t even notify us when they have problems of network they just switched off. Not even apologize about that.but you suppose to pay 399 almost every month. And they forget that we use Wi-Fi almost everyday. And now this things happen almost every week now two times week or 3 times. I’m tired of this bullshirt. We paying money for this rubbish.
