I am extremely disappointed with Afrihost and Vumatel regarding a refund of R537.00 that I requested back in October 2025.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no updates or resolution from either company. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A refund should be straightforward, yet months later, there has been no communication or action.
I urge both Afrihost and Vumatel to process this refund immediately and provide confirmation of the transaction. Continued delays are inconvenient and reflect poorly on their reliability as service providers.
