Month end September I paid Vuma reach Vodacom R440 under the impression that I am paying SADV. When I realised this due to the horrible service I was getting I requested a refund, I was told it's 30 day process and forwarded all documents Luzuko Lusi requested, 40 days later I sent him an email and he never rep****. I called again to be assisted by Thumeka Qwetha whom requested I send her my documents, then she disappeared 3rd consultant and 4th same story I even spoke to the superviser/ manager who promised to call to check if I got assistance.It's now going to be 3 months in December I'm still being asked to send the same documents I sent in October. My advice stay away from Vodacom Vuma reach, I've been using my data and airtime to contact them only to be treated like I'm bothering them. Truely disappointed, I just want my money back. Even if I could consider changing Vodacom fibre is off my list
