Disgusting customer service
Ref 012BNSN Phumeza your customer services consultant is so rude. I am frustrated I haven't had fibre since yesterday instead of calming the situation she wants to fight with me. Disgusted with her service.

29 May 2026, 06:33I dont have ticket number. Day 3 now of no fibre and I work from home. Oxford heights 810 Breed street Montana tuine. Why did yall take over vodacoms fibre line? You guys do not know what you are doing honestly. My neighbours said they never experience these interruptions till vumatel took over.
