Ref 012BNSN Phumeza your customer services consultant is so rude. I am frustrated I haven't had fibre since yesterday instead of calming the situation she wants to fight with me. Disgusted with her service.
Trying to get to speak to anyone is such a nightmare. Everything is robot. Can I please speak to a human. You wait 100 hours to speak to someone or the line just cuts.
A lady called Natalie Gilbert called me yesterday telling me that the vodacom technicians are coming to install my fibre at 4. They did not pitch I sent emails today and I am just ignored no response to emails.
I took up fibre with them and they are working with VODACOM they make a sales a never follow up with you. You constantly need to reach out to them to as how far is your installation. Pathetic service
My debit order did not go through this month. Called mi way to check why they straight up told me that I cancelled my policy. I sent a request to cancel my policy someone from retention department gave me a call a better premium and got confirmation from info@miway that my policy has been updated after I agreed with the consultant from retention that I will take the new amount offered. Why then was my policy cancelled when I have confirmation email? You mean to tell me I have been driving around with a car that is not insured???????????
So on the 7th of January someone got into my online banking and took my money. I called nedbank and did all they asked from the fraud department. Till today no acknowledgement of my email. I have been making calls trying to find out how far is my case still no answer. Their cyber security is pathetic. How does one get access to my money on online banking? At that time I am sleeping? Where was the other code sent and who accepted it for the transaction to go through? Nedbank I want my money it is totally unacceptable that till today a month later no one has contacted me. I am unable to use my internet banking out of fear that I might be hacked again.
Service is pathetic. Only 1 priority banker available. Service is slow. Waited so long to get assistance.
Paid more on my dstv account by mistake now I am taken from pillar to post to get my refund back. Everyday the is a different story as to why the money is not in my account.
Called in this morning to make changes to my policy. 1 was told that I have additional access that was not stipulated in my policy. Told the lady that was assisting to check my policy those accesses are not there. She told me that it was not there for a while and they have just re introduced it and she cannot do anything about it. To my horror while on the phone with her I get an sms stating that I need to do a car inspection. I ask her why must I do another one since I was just making a change not changing the car. I did a self inspection when I took out the policy during covid. No RECORD was found. S o I have been paying my premiums for 2 years heaven forbid if I had gotten into an accident they would have not covered me because 'I did not ' do a car inspection. Miway shame on you. You take my money for 2 years today I am told my car has no inspection. You never even told me as your 'valued client' you could not even take down my premium even after the changes to my car. I am looking now for another insurance company then I am out. Please check your policy everyone you will be shocked. The Lady assisting was Busisiwe Mabizela
