Dear Vuse Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding ongoing issues with faulty Vuse pods.
Recently, I inserted a brand-new pod into my device, and it leaked completely empty. I returned to the store, where the pod was replaced; however, I was required to pay half the cost because pods are only sold in pairs. This was not due to misuse on my part, but rather a faulty pod, which I feel is unfair to the customer.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. After receiving the replacement pods, I am once again experiencing the same leakage issue with a new pod.
I was advised that the pod should not be kept in my pocket or bag. This advice has left me confused, as it is unrealistic for customers who are on the road or out and about. I would appreciate clarification on how pods are expected to be transported, as avoiding pockets or bags is not practical for everyday use.
Given that this is a recurring problem, I am concerned about the quality and reliability of the pods and the lack of reasonable support when faults occur. I believe customers should not be financially penalised for defective products.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that a suitable resolution be provided, whether through replacement, refund, or clear guidance on correct usage and transport.
