I bought pods on special and unfortunately they leaked and when I went to exchange they said they don’t exchange after 15. I asked to the manager they told me she can only be accessed via email. They told a photo of the pod unfortunately I didn’t bring the gadget. So they have evidence. When I go the almost every week the manager hasn’t said anything until Thursday and she said she won’t exchanged anything. They gof lost cause I couldn’t use them. The manager said he didn’t promised anything. And I should com for pods and the damaged gadget and I couldn’t find it. Any I also took the display of their they hide the terms and conditions if I saw that I would only buy one. I’m desapoint. It means you willingly take people money. Buy the way the leak helped before the problem is I thought it is a once incident. I’ve been going almost every week being told the Manager manager hasn’t answered.my petrol me following up meant nothing. They just tell you the statement and look the other way and leave you there.is this how you conduct your business I’m really disappointed CASE-04821715
