Companys must not use VVM

​I was promised this document within 21 days it is now passed 21 days now. They are now ignoring my emails and my final notice. They are effectively holding my credit record hostage, preventing me from updating my status with the bureaus. ​This is professional negligence and a violation of the National Credit Act. If you settle with them, do not expect them to do their job and clear your name.
