The dealership is really unprofessional. From dropping off my car, they didn’t have a shuttle to take me to work, they had to call me an Uber .
Afternoon, no pickup i had to get myself there. Upon my arrival at 4pm my car is still not ready and they are giving me run arounds about where the car is. The person who assisted me is Micheal, he didn’t even show and even say sorry after making me wait an hour. I did not even get an explanation of what service was done to my car, i was just given an invoice to pay and that waa i. I only got my car at 5pm after all run arounds. People came after me and were assisted and got their cars and even left. I feel i was judged or rather say discriminated just because i am black and young and was not being taken serious nor were my needs prioritised. It was even written on my form that by 4pm my car will be ready yet i get there at 4pm and i am given the run arounds. It was my first time taking my car there as i always take it to vw Centurion,I regretted that decision.
