No after-sales client service

I bought a new VW Polo from them, and at the first use of the towing eye, the actual towing eye snapped in two. I requested VW Autohaus to look into this and provide me with a replacement and they have constantly sent me back and forth with no client service and no resolution. I had been a loyal client with them for 15 years, servicing my car with them only. I bought my new vehicle from them. The result is no attention, no care, no after-sales service from them.

I cannot recommend doing business with them.
