I bought a car in December and realized it had a lot of defects, first week of January i contacted the sales person Dedrick Mokoena that i am not happy with the car and he must arrange to collect it which he did. I then said to me the defects that were on the car are an indication that there was no quality check on the vehicle prior to them selling it to me and as a result i would like to cancel the contract, he delayed the issue with an intention of the 30 days period given until today that he says he is not the one responsible for cancelling the contract but the bank His service is very terrible as even today the car is not yet back with us but they are busy deducting the installments. I do not want that car and as indicated i wanted to cancel the contract but he delayed on purpose. Today i got an email from his boss Christof Seeger who displayed non interest on the issue. I need VW head office to intervene on this issue as a matter of urgency.

Recently, my cousin purchased his very first car, ever, from this dealership, and while the car itself is great, the service we received regarding the spare key was extremely disappointing. The previous owner did not provide the dealership with the spare key at the time of sale, well so we were told by the sales executive. Instead of proactively resolving this, we constantly had to push the dealership to contact the previous owner and secure the key. Even after the key was finally dropped off at the dealership, the same lack of urgency continued — we again had to follow up multiple times just to get it delivered to us. There was no initiative, no timely communication, and no sense that our concerns mattered. The entire process felt frustrating and unprofessional, as though we were being taken for a ride despite being paying customers. I truly hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences, because buying a car should feel exciting, not stressful

Please do not support this dealership, they will not resolve your issue if they sell you a faulty vehicle. Struggling 3 months now to repair, replace and now I want a refund Rights Under the CPA • Imp**** Warranty of Quality: Section 56 of the CPA provides an imp**** warranty that the vehicle is of good quality, in working order, and free from defects. • Six-Month Return Period: Within six months of delivery, you can return the vehicle to the dealer without penalty if it fails to meet quality standards. • Choice of Remedy: You can choose to have the vehicle repaired, replaced, or refunded. • Three-Month Repair Warranty: If a repair is done and the same defect occurs within three months, you're entitled to a replacement or refund. • Right to Safe, Good Quality Goods: Section 55 guarantees your right to receive goods that are reasonably suitable for their intended purpose. • Dealers can no longer sell cars "voetstoots" (as-is) under the CPA. They must disclose all known faults and cannot avoid liability for defects.
