Spare tyre replaced with a torn damaged tyre

I want to express my unhappiness with VW Polokwane car services, i did recieve a good service from Deon who is a service advisor, however the guys who servicing my car took my spare tyre and replaced with a torn , damaged tyre...i took my car there on the 20th of June 2023..mind you i just replaced my tyres in may at Supa Quick montana and they made a spare wheel for me which was perfectly fine. to my surprise this weekend when i was checking my car i find a torn replaced tyre,i want the culprit to be held accountable for theft. if there are cameras there please ensure that they check who stole my tyre, so i can open a case about this...i drive long distances and its a life threatening to drive without a tyre that is been ****** at the premises of vw. it is very wrong and *********. i want my tyre back asomblief.
