I bought a used VW Golf 7 Gti from Master cars Polokwane in May 2021.I was also advised to buy the maintenance plan from VW and I agreed. It was explained to me that I should not worry about fixing the vehicle as VW maintenance plan will take care of everything. In two months time, brake pads needed to be replaced.I took the car to the workshop and was told the brake pads fitted on my car are not from VW and they can't work on my car,the very same people who sold me the maintenance plan two months back are now refusing to fix my car.The service advisor by the name of Stephanie Maredi has been very awful in terms of customer service, she has dropped the calls on my ear for more than 3times. I have also found out that the vehicle sold to me was repaired in the front but was told the car is accident free. The car has another problem now, the corner light does not work anymore. At first they promised to fix it and the car has been in and out of their workshop. They then decided that I need to pay for the repairs of the light. There has been blame shifting for the past 3months.Mastercars sales manager by the name of Lloyd says one thing today and tomorrow it's a new thing.I think there's internal bad vibes amongst them and it's affecting me as the customer.I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with VW Polokwane based on the experience I have so far.I have so far received a very bad, pathetic and poor service.Nobody cares in this dealership.
