MacCarthy Arcadia's service is BAD

So I bought a car last year around June from VW MacCarthy IN Arcadia and I still have not received my spare key. Whenever I call Success who is the sales person, he keeps on referring me to other people. I then decided to speak to his line manager, but still it seems like no one is willing to assist. VW MACCARTHY, I NEED NY SPARE KEY PLEASE
