Bought a car at VW McCarthy Acadia and clearly seems no equipment was put in the car. No locknut, no car jack, no wheel spanner, just the triangle and spare wheel. Only realised this when I took in the car for service, tried calling, asked for the manager. No avail. Please do not purchase your vehicle from this dealership or service your car there.

I took to my car for service at Vw acardia. I was assisted by Alex from service department. What happened is that they didn't service my car theu just updated the kilometers on the speedometer without servicing it. Because few days later after collecting my car Alex called me and asked when i'm i bringing the car for service because the service kit was delievered. So i was suprised because my car shows me that the kilometers where updated but how come, that the service kit be delivered while the kilometers where updated with 15 000. Alex called me several time for me to bring the car for service. Unfortunately by the time i was supposted to go to Pretoria my car was involved in an accidents. When i try to call service department and ask to speak to Alex theu always tell me that he is busy or unavailable. I am not happy at all. All i wanted from Alex was my service kit i was gonna take my vehicle somewhere else. Because it simply shows that it's not the first time they do this. Which means they always do not only with me but other vehicles. Next time when you take your car there make sure you put a mark on the Oil filters or even plugs so that you'd be able to see if they were changed or not. I feel sorry for the women.

I took to my car for service at Vw acardia. I was assisted by Alex from service department. VW McCarthy Gezina sold us a faulty car that was involved in an accident. It is now overheating and the branch Manager and Salesperson told us it is not their responsibility. We stuck with a car ..VW McCrthy Gezina scammed us.

VW Wonderboom branch. Kindly assist as I booked my car in for service upon collecting was satisfied with the job done. Returned the vehicle the next day was supplied a Qoute for repairs to be made on the vehicle and was informed that I'll be able to collect on the 7th Sept due to parts required not being available. Upon enquiry today as I was doing a follow up I was informed that my vehicle will only be going in for diagnosis today yet I was already supplied with a Qoute which I questioned how it came about I'm not happy with the service I'm getting for the people handling this matter is unprofessional considering that I am now currently without a vehicle.

Today, I have never experienced such extreme bad service ever in my life from Volkswagen. I bought my car last October 2020 with 118 000 Kms from Webuycars, MFC financed my service plan and 24 months warranty. I was adviced by the service advisor to bring my car when due for service at 135000kms and when I brought the car. They didn't change the cambelt and told me everything is fine, the cambelt will changed in the next service interval. I took the car at 150000kms for service, I was told everything is fine and when I asked about the cambelt being changed and they told me it is still ok. I drove the car for 1day, warning light appeared and took it back. They informed me filter plug was not plugged properly and it has been resolved. I drove it for 2 days same warning light appeared, I was told the vehicle is out of engine timing due to cambelt on being changed. I am still shocked that why I was not being told during the service that I need to replace the cambelt and innovation group told it was covered in the service plan. I engaged the Acting Manager who referred me to the service manager "they asked me who problem is it". I mean when you arrived at these so called dealers they display FAKE certificates and you think they care for their customers until you have extreme bad service experience. As for innovation group, you pay for warranty that says they cover mechanical parts listed in their schedule and when you claim they want proof of the replacement previously. This situation reminded me of polo engine being damaged after taking my car to VW Hatfield and after several engagements, they told me everything is fine. Surprisingly, my car engine got damaged. I had to sell my car for less price and buy the one I am driving now and I am experiencing the same bad service. VW brand is a fake brand, all they want is your damn money to dry you broke and they don't give a damn about your needs. I won't recommend my family, friends, colleagues and anyone to use them just like MTN. You think you going save money through petrol usage through buying their car. to hell with their discusting brand! I will never buy the cars after this one, I rather walk and use Uber. They can keep their sticky cars!

Vw Acadia has the minnest/unprofessional security officers at their services and repairs gate. Today 26/06/2021 is my second worst experience. I get to the gate and I find a security officer who acted as though he can't see me, he was busy cocusing with a gentleman who was passing by. I hoot to make him aware I am there cause I know he saw me just acted as though he didn't. Did I not get myself humiliated for that hoot. The officer then screamed at the top of his voice asking me why I hooted I said I was trying to get your attention for help cause you were facing the other way as soon as I got here. Yoh I was humiliated he screamed you must never hoot here. You little girl you have no respect it's not your mother's house you don't have good manners. He went on and on insulting me when I said yoh now I must record this and he said do whatever stupid kid. Nothing will happen and then I said can you please assist me I need to drop my car off I am on my 1hour lunch it's gonna deplet while arguing I am suppose to go back to Mamelodi for work.. He said this is not your mother's house yiu are not special.. I am feeling humiliated and small.. I loved that specific vw cause I bought my car there and take my car there for service. I don't know if I can still go there.

Whenever I call Success who is the sales person, he keeps on referring me to other people. I then decided to speak to his line manager, but still it seems like no one is willing to assist.
