Missing/****** items in vehicle
Bought a car at VW McCarthy Acadia and clearly seems no equipment was put in the car. No locknut, no car jack, no wheel spanner, just the triangle and spare wheel. Only realised this when I took in the car for service, tried calling, asked for the manager. No avail. Please do not purchase your vehicle from this dealership or service your car there.

It is difficult to get out of a contract with Telkom and downgrading my plan in the economy. They still debited my account no matter how many times I’ve tried cancelling with them.

Malieka Jacobs and Nazly from Financial Freedom are a ****. Put me under debt review inclusive of my bond that is still in progress. Their contacts do not work, until you decide to involve the NCR. They work overtime in tarnishing black peoples reputation and credit. Now they refuse to refund my money, stating attorney fees. That is not my business, if business was conducted ethically, we wouldn’t be in this situation with NB Financial Freedom

Cancelled contract but still debiting
Omg I cancelled my Telkom LTE contract a while back and they are still debiting. My contract ended and so I cancelled. Now I’m placed on hold for 28mins to get them to cancel and stop debiting. It’s been 4months. No assistance whatsoever. This is disgusting and done intentional.

Unskilled employees, poor customer service and racial discrimination
The worst service ever. Blocking my stolen contract phone was a mission as well as assessing my claim. Their employees are not skilled and do not understand the concept of customer service. To further appraise my disgust, it is saddening how they are so quick to help white people and will take their own precious time assisting black people. MTN Carlton center, Mall of The South, The Glen and Festival Mall as i they are trained to racially discriminate. I would not recommend anyone to take a cellphone contract with MTN or get into bed with them.
