My family purchased Jasmine Restonic Queen Bed on 18 September 2021 and paid cash same day. 1 day after delivery, the Bed got damaged and reported the matter next day. They delivered a damaged bed on 01 December 2021 which we immediately reported to Restonic and Wonderpark Bradlows Store. The store took forever to attend our matter instead we approached them for upgrade of another Bed as we realized that we not getting value for the money we paid and they asked us to pay more for upgrade which we did cash. Till today, we haven't received the goods we paid for and service they promised us, when we approached the new Manager. He laughed at us infront of his staff members as if we are the ones owing them. What a horrible customer service and bad management Bradlows have. We engaged our families and friends not to further buy from such stores who don't put customers first.
Today, I have never experienced such extreme bad service ever in my life from Volkswagen. I bought my car last October 2020 with 118 000 Kms from Webuycars, MFC financed my service plan and 24 months warranty. I was adviced by the service advisor to bring my car when due for service at 135000kms and when I brought the car. They didn't change the cambelt and told me everything is fine, the cambelt will changed in the next service interval. I took the car at 150000kms for service, I was told everything is fine and when I asked about the cambelt being changed and they told me it is still ok. I drove the car for 1day, warning light appeared and took it back. They informed me filter plug was not plugged properly and it has been resolved. I drove it for 2 days same warning light appeared, I was told the vehicle is out of engine timing due to cambelt on being changed. I am still shocked that why I was not being told during the service that I need to replace the cambelt and innovation group told it was covered in the service plan. I engaged the Acting Manager who referred me to the service manager "they asked me who problem is it". I mean when you arrived at these so called dealers they display FAKE certificates and you think they care for their customers until you have extreme bad service experience. As for innovation group, you pay for warranty that says they cover mechanical parts listed in their schedule and when you claim they want proof of the replacement previously. This situation reminded me of polo engine being damaged after taking my car to VW Hatfield and after several engagements, they told me everything is fine. Surprisingly, my car engine got damaged. I had to sell my car for less price and buy the one I am driving now and I am experiencing the same bad service. VW brand is a fake brand, all they want is your damn money to dry you broke and they don't give a damn about your needs. I won't recommend my family, friends, colleagues and anyone to use them just like MTN including Innovation Group. You think you going save . To hell with their discusting brand!

Me and My Wife<br> <br> We decided to purchase the cutlery from AMC Cookware and we have paid for the items ordered last 2014, till today we have not received the goods. These people no longer answer their phones when we call them. Shame on AMC Cookware.
My mother followed up with MFC on the email, 03 December 2014 based my telephonic discussion with the consultant called Patricia for enquiry on refund enquiry lodge last week of November 2014 for my insurance premiums paid since January 2013 to date. The insurance company confirmed that her motor vehicle policy was cancelled due non receiving of premiums since January 2013 to date and she has been paying the instalment that includes the insurance premium cover every months until to date. No response has been sent through by MFC and we starting doubt the brand image of Nedbank and MFC or related parties under their umbrella due to the lack of service offered and their customer care.
