Horrible Motor Service

This place offers the most horrible service you can ever think of..year in year out...2024 i was told they can service my car do 30min after waiting from 8am until 16:30...today i made a booking for the flash sake which clearly shows the date and the refence Number...it shows a conformation of booking..even the email clearly states december or January yet im taken from pillar to post....they don't even do thorough servicing...its so bad...
