Horrible Motor Service
This place offers the most horrible service you can ever think of..year in year out...2024 i was told they can service my car do 30min after waiting from 8am until 16:30...today i made a booking for the flash sake which clearly shows the date and the refence Number...it shows a conformation of booking..even the email clearly states december or January yet im taken from pillar to post....they don't even do thorough servicing...its so bad...

old brickpads that the dealer is refusing to replace on a demo car i just bought I bought a car in september on the dealer ship and they told me its in a good condition,they reviewed it and when i released that my brickpads are finished and i bought the car in september ,i saw the problem october i told the dealer about the issue.the manger said he can not replace them i must buy my own brick pads.the warehouse manager said they will not reach another six month, but later on changed his mind and he said if i drive carefully it will reach the next service which is in 12 months,im really sad because i bought a demo car i not expecting to be expending so much money on it already.i feel like the dealership was not honest with me the manger Jusewes Smuts

McCarthy VW Arcadia extremely bad VW delearship
McCarthy Volkswagen Arcadia i took my vehicle in for repairs since March 2022 and they did poor work on it. The vehicle was in and out of the workshop up until 12 August 2022 and only to find that the repair work was bad such that the vehicle still had the same problem even after the vehicle was in their workshop for many months. I demanded refund of more than 30k in order to go fix my vehicle elsewhere and was told by the dealer principal that will never happen and i must bring back the vehicle to the same workshop again :-( . I regret going to this delearship as the quality of work they do is very bad and they have complete disregard to customer service.
