Cartrack services is a mess
I have an ongoing issue with cartrack, I have been using it for sometime in 2021 I had issue which i reported since devices stopped working they never came to fix it. In 2022 I lost 2 batteries on reported cars as their devices were not working, I requested cancelation in 2023 on all cars since we couldn't reach agreement on how my batteries will be refunded. I took them time to cancel and they say I owe them. There after I paid them discounted amount they asked for and they promise to restore service on one of my cars but till today nothing happened.

BAD SERVICE AT VW McCarthy ARCADIA
VW arcadia is a ****ed up dealer I have ever seen. They ****up my Golf 6 now they ****ing up my Golf 7 NO RESPECT ALL ROUND FROM THAT DEALER !!!!

Bad attitude
I have medical aid with Bonitas, and I have changed the companies with, intruction to debit the money from my account. So Bonitas decided to terminate my membership without consulting with on the options that I can opt for.<br> <br> NOT THAT ONLY THEY ALSO DEDUCT MONEY FOR THE MONTH SINCE WE PAY UPFRONT FOR MEDICAL AID. IF YOU TAKE MONEY FOR END OF MARCH THAT MEANS I NEED TO BE COVERED FOR APRIL AS WELL HOWEVER IT DIDN'T HAPPEN WITH BONITAS THEY JUST TEMINATED MY MEMBERSHIP.<br> <br> BAD ATTITUDE : I called in for clarification the call cetre guys gave me attiude.

Poor Service
What a bad service I have received from the [URL Removed] I applied to install the tracker in my car, than they schedule the day. on the day they didn't show and they sent me an sms after I tried to follow up with them. So they move my installation to 5 days from the actual day of the install. They don't even try to move the installation to the next day am so pissed nx!!!!. CARTRACK.<br>

Hollard Motor Extender
I have Hollard Motor Extender, so I tried to claim as my car need to be repaired some of the things in fuel system. So I called in after some time being ran around I managed to log the claim, however they decline it because they say they don't Cover the part. Looking at the things am paying for they do cover the fuel system. This is not nice to pay and when ever you have to claim they tell you stories nx.
