McCarthy VW Arcadia extremely bad VW delearship

McCarthy Volkswagen Arcadia i took my vehicle in for repairs since March 2022 and they did poor work on it. The vehicle was in and out of the workshop up until 12 August 2022 and only to find that the repair work was bad such that the vehicle still had the same problem even after the vehicle was in their workshop for many months. I demanded refund of more than 30k in order to go fix my vehicle elsewhere and was told by the dealer principal that will never happen and i must bring back the vehicle to the same workshop again :-( . I regret going to this delearship as the quality of work they do is very bad and they have complete disregard to customer service.
