I ma not a happy customer. I have a complain against vw witbank and the lady by the name Zandile.
My vehicle was towed in at vw witbank on Wednesday the 7th of May 2025 and I spoke to Zandile later on that day asking her to give me a feedback on what is the problem with the vehicle and she promised to check and call me back but she never did.
I phoned again yesterday around 9:00 in the morning spoke to Zandile again she promised again to check and get back to me but she never did. I phoned again after 12:00 pm and every time I speak to some they ask me to hold so that they can transfer my call to a service advisor and for 5 time call got cut while I am holding and no one got back to me.
My vehicle came for service in March 2025 and again in this month, and I have experience the issue right now, my vehicle have been standing at Vw witbank from Tuesday the 7th of May 2025 till today I did not receive any feedback.
I called a service manager Mr Charles and he was not helpful. A service advisor only got back to me on Friday the 9th May 2025 around 16:48 only to tell me that they need to order the parts of the vehicle, parts she is referring to a brake fluid, cylinder and seal ring.
I tried several times to contact her in the morning of 12 May 2025 and her cell rings to voice mail, ii tried to get hold of Mr Charles a service manager and his cell was also ringing unanswered. Called vw landline and I was getting hold of anybody.
A lady only came back to me today at around 14:30 to tell me that they ordered the parts and they will come tomorrow.
I have never happy the service I get from Vw Witbank, they service is very poor. Every time I took my car in for service I get a call around 16:00 to come and collect the car even if I was the 1st one on the queue in the morning when I drop it off, I will still be the last person to collect.
