Bad customer service

Bad Customer Service Vye Cycling I had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. The representatives were unhelpful, unresponsive, and seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. It's clear that they prioritize their convenience over customer satisfaction. I have sent back the goods a month ago and still waiting for my refund. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
